RATES:

Regular Club Rate                   £10.00/hr

Parish Resident Rate              £12.00/hr

Non-Parish Resident Rate     £24.00/hr

Weddings (Fri,Sat Sun)           £500/w/e

Use of kitchen for catering    £15

Cleaning charge                      £20

TERMS OF HIRE:

  1. Hire of Balquhidder Village Hall provides exclusive use of the entire building.

  2. The hire rate varies according to whether the hirer lives within the parish (FK18 and FK19 postcodes) or not.

  3. All hire rates include heat, light and use of the audio-visual system and kitchen appliances.

  4. Hirers must be a minimum of 21years old.

  5. 1 hour of setup and clearing time is allowed either side of your hire period free of charge providing you are not impacting the running of other events. If more time is required for setup or clearing, please extend the duration of your booking.

  6. The hirer is responsible for all cleaning and clearing and leaving the hall as they found it. A cleaning and/or damage deposit MAY BE requested at the point of booking. Breakages will be charged at replacement value.

  7. All bookings of >3 hours will be subject to an additional cleaning charge of £20

  8. Full payment is due with booking

COMMITTEE & MEETINGS

The hall is managed by a small committee of local volunteers who make time to attend  meetings and undertake duties to manage the hall maintenance, events and its finances each year.
